| Apple Pie w/ Crumb Topping |
| Ingredients Pie Crust Mix 3 cups flour 1 cup shortening Sprinkle of salt and baking soda Mix ingredients well with pastry blender. Add 6 Tbsp. COLD water. Easily makes two 9" pie shells. Apple Pie 1 bag baking (macintosh or red rome) apples, peeled and sliced 3/4 cup sugar 1/4 cup flour 1 tsp. cinnamon Mix all ingredients together and fill 9 inch pie shell and top with sweet crumbs. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes, then at 375 degrees for 40-45 minutes more Bisquick Sweet Crumbs 2 cups Bisquick 3/4 cup granulated sugar 1 stick margarine Combine bisquick and sugar, cut in margarine until crumbly. |
