Cream Cheese Chocolate Cupcakes

Ingredients (Cream Cheese Filling) 8 oz. cream cheese (softened) 1/2 cup sugar 1 egg 6 oz. chocolate chips Mix cream  cheese , sugar and egg together in a small bowl.  Stir in chocolate chips. Ingredients (Chocolate Cupcakes) 1 1/2 cups flour   1 cup sugar                     1/4 cup cocoa                   1 tsp. baking soda                      1/2 tsp. salt 1/3 cup oil                              1 cup water 1 tsp. vanilla 1 Tbsp. vinegar Mix all of the above (including filling) together,  Fill cupcake tins 1/2 full.  Add 1 tbsp. filling.  Makes 18 cupcakes.  Bake at 350 degress for 15-20 minutes.
