Macaroni & Cheese
Ingredients
8 oz. package macaroni (cooked as directed)
3 Tbsp. margarine
2 Tbsp. flour
2 1/2 cups milk
3/4 pound sharp cheese (cut into small pieces)

Melt margarine in saucepan.  Add flour and stir until blended.  Add milk to flour mixture, stirring constantly until blended.  Cook until  thickened.  Add cheese and remove from stove.  Stir until cheese is melted.  Pour cooked macaroni into a greased casserole.  Pour cheese sauce over macaroni.  Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
