Creamy Peanut
Butter Fudge
Ingredients:
1 lb. Confectioner's sugar (also called 10X sugar)
1/2 cup milk
12 oz. peanut butter
7 oz. marshmellow creme

Combine milk & sugar in pan.  Bring to a boil.  Simmer 5 minutes.  Remove
from heat and stir in peanut butter and marshmellow.  Mix well.  Pour into 9
x 11 baking dish.  Set aside to cool.
Note-I buy a 12 oz. jar of peanut butter and a 7 oz jar of marshmellow creme
when I make this...I find it easier than measuring out these messy
ingredients!!
