Potato Casserole
Ingredients
1 bag Ore Ida cubed hash browns, thawed
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 stick of butter, melted
8 oz. sour cream
1 medium onion, diced
2 cups shredded sharp cheese
4 cups corn flakes, crushed
1 stick of butter, melted


1.  Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2.  Put bag of thawed hash browns, 2 cans cream of chicken soup, 8 oz. sour cream, 1 stick melted butter and diced onion in a large bowl and mix well.  Spread evenly in 13 X 9 casserole dish.
3.  Sprinkle 2 cups shredded cheese over casserole.
4.  Combine 4 cups crushed corn flakes and 1 stick of melted butter in medium bowl.  Sprinkle over casserole.
5.  Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to an hour until flakes are brown and casserole is bubbly.
