Spaghetti Pie |

| 2 10-inch pie pans 1 lb. spaghetti 2 eggs, separate 1 lb. ground beef 2/3 cup grated parmesan cheese |
32 oz. spaghetti sauce 2 cup mozzarella cheese 2 tsp. parsley 1 15 oz. ricotta cheese |

| 1. Cook 1 lb. of spaghetti, drain
and rinse with cold water. 2. Combine spaghetti, egg whites and parmesan in a bowl. Press mixture into greased pie pans to form pie shells. 3. Brown ground beef and stir in spaghetti sauce. 4. Combine ricotta, egg yolks, parsley and 1 cup of mozzarella. Spread mixture into spaghetti pie shells. 5. Spread meat mixture over cheese mixture. Top with remaining mozzarella cheese. 6. Cover pie with foil and bake at 375 for 35 minutes, removing foil for the last 10 minutes. |
